Hi, I’m Tessa Nicholson

Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Metabolic® Balance Coach and foodie!  I believe in the power of food and it’s role in maintaining vibrant health, also in reclaiming one’s health.

I have always been an enthusiastic eater!  Growing up in the Greek Cypriot  culture, it’s pretty much mandatory to eat with passion. Meal times were an event.

There was a period in my life when my eating habits were influenced by the fast food culture.  I had no idea what was happening to me.
